Great staff, hardworking in terrible weather. Special edition wine gift. Incredible atmosphere and friendly host. Best breakfast in Lebanon. Adorable cats. Amazing view. Splendid location. Delicious home-cooked meals. Personal and attentive service. Unforgettable view over Bekaa valley.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

the furniture complemented the beauteous surroundings, be it on the balcony or at mealtimes. the well-groomed garden was delightful, set in the Beqaa Valley. the room, service and breakfast lacked no attention to detail.
The experience was dampened by fluctuating water temperature in the bathroom.

The view from the room and patio was breathtaking and made our romantic escape truly special. The host was extremely hospitable and accommodating, providing us with complimentary water and tea. The breakfast was delicious and featured homemade jams and cheeses. The hotel's location was close to key attractions and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
The heating system in the room was not functioning properly leading to a chill in the air. the hot water took quite a while to reach our room.

Friendly and Helpful Staff, Beautiful View During my weekend stay, I was blown away by the scenery from both my room and the patio. the view was simply breathtaking. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. One specific example was when they provided free tea and water in the rooms. Another was when they upgraded my room for free so that my friends and I could be close to each other.
the breakfast options were quite limited, although the food that was served was fresh and tasty.
